About the Team
You'll join a team building shared web tooling, frameworks, and operator-facing products that power Spotify's internal financial workflows. Our mission is to make complex work easier, smoother, and more intuitive for operators while keeping infrastructure scalable and easy to build on.
We focus on creating a consistent, thoughtful experience across internal tools and connected SaaS systems, helping finance operators move seamlessly between products. We support mature platforms and build new workflow and task management experiences with growing investment in AI-powered capabilities for smarter decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap for shared web tooling and operator-facing products used by finance teams
- Support and evolve a portfolio of internal platforms and workflow systems, from established tools to new capabilities
- Work closely with R&D and end users to understand needs, validate problems, and deliver meaningful solutions
- Lead product discovery for new features and improvements, focusing on usability and clarity
