Product Manager Lead - VIP/Institution

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for VIP products and experience.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery for VIP user flows, service tools, and growth initiatives.
• Work closely with business, ops, engineering, design, data, and compliance teams.
• Identify user needs and business gaps, and turn them into clear product solutions.
• Improve VIP onboarding, account management, support experience, and trading-related journeys.
• Track product performance and drive continuous optimization.
• Lead and mentor PMs in the VIP domain.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of VIP, institutional, trading, brokerage, or wealth-related products.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product thinking, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable working with metrics.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
