    • Engage regularly with platform engineers, DevOps teams, infrastructure leaders, prospects, and customers to understand real-world production challenges.
    • Investigate customer workflows and identify opportunities related to governance, coordination, visibility, reliability, developer experience, and adoption.
    • Combine customer interviews, product usage data, support insights, commercial feedback, and market research to determine which problems are most valuable to solve.
    • Define clear product requirements, success metrics, recommendations, specifications, and decision records to guide product development.

    • Partner with Design to explore, prototype, validate, and refine potential solutions.
    • Work closely with Engineering leadership to establish scope, evaluate trade-offs, and support effective product delivery while engineering teams own architecture and technical execution.
    • Collaborate with product leadership on product direction, major investment decisions, and go-to-market strategy.
    • Coordinate launch readiness across Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
    • Monitor product adoption and customer feedback after launch, using evidence to determine whether to improve, expand, or discontinue initiatives.
    • Develop a strong working understanding of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, policy, cloud infrastructure, and execution workflows, including how the product area connects to existing IaC environments.
    • Contribute to a customer-focused product culture built around ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making.
    • Requirements:

      • Previous experience in product management or a closely related technical role such as platform engineering, DevOps, solutions engineering, technical support, product analysis, or technical product ownership.
      • Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes or Ansible. Expertise in both is not required.
      • For Kubernetes, experience with technologies or workflows such as Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, cluster management, or application delivery is valuable.
      • For Ansible, experience with AWX or Automation Controller, inventories, job templates, execution environments, or automation workflows is valuable.
      • Ability to explain how infrastructure technologies work and understand the operational and organizational challenges teams face when using them in production.
      • Working knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu and fundamental infrastructure-as-code workflows, including Git-based changes, plan and apply processes, state, policy, and drift.
      • Demonstrated ability to identify user problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative evidence, and turn findings into clear and well-reasoned product decisions.
      • Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly and effectively with engineers and technically sophisticated customers.
      • Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to adapt product direction when evidence indicates a different approach is needed.
      • Strong written and spoken English, at B2 level or above.
      • Based in Europe.
      • Experience with both Kubernetes and Ansible is a plus.
      • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, OPA/Rego, CI/CD, RBAC, audit systems, or internal developer platforms is advantageous.
      • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or developer-focused technology products is desirable.
      • Familiarity with evidence-led product practices such as Working Backwards or 5 Questions is a plus.
      • Experience with SQL, product analytics, or AI-powered tools for research and analysis is beneficial.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation package.

        • Collaborative environment with experienced product, engineering, and technical professionals.
        • Significant ownership and influence over product direction, priorities, and customer outcomes.
        • Opportunity to work closely with engineers, infrastructure leaders, DevOps professionals, and technical customers.
        • Exposure to modern technologies including Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, cloud infrastructure, policy engines, CI/CD, and AI-enabled infrastructure workflows.
        • Opportunities for professional growth while contributing to a rapidly evolving technology space.
