Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines to target hypertension and related comorbidities such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and other diseases driven by dysregulated aldosterone. Mineralys is a fully remote company.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop promotional materials, sales resources, training content, meeting materials, and customer-facing programs that are strategically aligned, clinically appropriate, and compliant with applicable regulations and policies.
• Partner with Sales Training to support field meetings, POA execution, and ongoing development of customer-facing resources.
• Support field execution through management of field communications, resource inventory, sample strategy, local congress/display activities, etc.
• Manage and monitor HCP product budgets, expenses, and resource allocation including samples to maximize business impact and return on investment.
• Manage day-to-day agency relationships, project timelines, and tactical execution to support delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Participate in annual brand planning, launch planning, and tactical planning for assigned product, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, and performance objectives.
• Support market research, advisory boards, congress planning, speaker programs, customer engagement initiatives, and other strategic projects that inform brand decisions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the therapeutic area, healthcare environment, treatment landscape, customer segments, and evolving competitive dynamics.

Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Agency and/or related fields.
• Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
• A demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders.
