GTM TechOps owns the systems, data, and automation that power the full customer lifecycle, from first touch through renewal and expansion. This role sits within that ecosystem, with a focus on enabling customer-facing GTM teams through AI-powered tools and workflows.
As a Product Manager, GTM Systems, you will define and drive how AI is applied across GTM systems. This includes identifying high-impact use cases, evaluating and integrating first-party and third-party tools, and ensuring seamless adoption across teams.
