Product Manager

Main Tasks

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain
• Partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that support multiple product areas
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support the delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working closely with engineering and QA teams
• Make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives

You May Be the Perfect Fit If You Have

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams
• Good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies
• Fluent Polish (working with Polish-speaking engineering teams)
• English at B2/C1 level (minimum B2)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with quality assurance processes and ensuring platform reliability
• Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and system efficiency
