Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product requirements and strategy for Jumio's ID Verification product line, ensuring alignment with company strategy, business goals, customer needs, and industry trends
• Lead the strategy for next-generation identity standards, specifically focusing on the adoption and integration of Digital IDs and Agentic AI Verification
• Execute with an execution-first mindset, working closely with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to translate strategic goals into deliverable roadmap
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for government-issued ID verification, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
• Ensure products meet compliance, security, and privacy standards relevant to ID verification
• Lead a team of Product Owners, ensure value delivery in time and quality, helping them grow their skills in agile processes, backlog management, and stakeholder communication
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure success
