Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Manager and Engineering to develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement
• Create globally appealing, user-friendly designs, offering expert insights and suggestions
• Conduct user research and partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights
• Deliver detailed, robust UI/UX design solutions and ensure high quality product design

Requirements

• Web3, Crypto, Payment, Finance, or AI work experience
• Educational background in graphic design, HCI, visual arts, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Open to learning and constructive feedback
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required
