Product Analyst - Digital Health

About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Digital Health team at Evio. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, along with our suite of digital tools, to power high-cost medication solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions that support our mission of transforming the pharmacy supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital health products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define success metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate feature effectiveness and user behavior.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.
• Support the development of data models and analytics frameworks to improve product measurement capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in a digital health or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and experience working with health plan or pharmacy data is preferred.
