Procurement Specialist (Contract)

Lattice's Procurement Team builds value for the company through both supplier and stakeholder relationships and balanced agreements. As part of the accounting team, we place a large focus on risk mitigation and compliance in addition to the commercial elements of the deals we support. We are a small team with a huge impact on Lattice's future success.

Contract details: This is a five-month contract role, fully remote, 3 days/week guaranteed with the potential for additional hours as needed. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the full procurement lifecycle, procurement orchestration tools (P2P), and exposure to a high-performing tech organization.

What You Will Do

• You'll be responsible for reviewing, scoping, negotiating, and executing procurement requests from intake through signature.
• You'll partner with cross-functional leaders, stakeholders, and department contacts from FP&A, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to ensure our deals meet or exceed team requirements.
• You'll provide consultation before, during, and after deal cycles to our internal teams, ensuring that we purchase the right things and get exceptional value from our suppliers and partners.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• 3 years of experience with commercial negotiations and procurement
