About the role
Accountabilities:
- Manage purchase order activities, including creation, open-PO reporting, stakeholder follow-up, and closure.
- Coordinate contract execution workflows, including routing agreements for signature and tracking approvals.
- Support contract administration by managing legal requests, lower-value agreements, NDAs, standard templates, and related documentation.
- Maintain contract records, workflow statuses, approvals, and updates within the contract management system.
- Prepare monthly SOX control reports, procurement metrics, provisioning reports, dashboards, and other operational analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support quarterly compliance reporting, including user access reviews, supplier diversity reporting, significant contract reporting, and other required submissions.
- Coordinate Information Security reviews, accessibility audit requirements, contract implementation activities, and related documentation.
- Prepare business validation reports and respond to audit-related requests while maintaining accurate records and audit readiness.
- Provide administrative and systems support to Procurement and Contract Management teams, helping users navigate workflows and processes.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Information Security, and business stakeholders to keep contracting and approval activities moving efficiently.
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and purchase order creation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and comfort working with operational and compliance data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentation of procurement metrics.
- Experience supporting compliance, audit, reporting, or internal-control activities is valuable.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems is preferred, particularly CobbleStone CLM.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while following corporate policies and SOX control requirements.
- The position is open to candidates residing in Eastern and Central U.S. locations.
- Compensation: Expected hourly range of $28.22–$33.86, depending on location, experience, education, training, qualifications, and market conditions.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote position within eligible Eastern and Central U.S. locations.
- Employment type: Fixed-term EOR contractor.
