Job Summary

As the President of Industries, you will lead and oversee Toptal's Industries function, working closely with Heads of Industries, VP of SMB, and industry-related GMs for each vertical. The Industries team is responsible for go-to-market strategy per industry and driving revenue for all service lines at Toptal.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth across verticals
• Ensure alignment, scalability, and performance throughout the Industries function
• Drive revenue and sales across all service lines
• Work with hunters to identify new opportunities and farmers to build sustainable accounts
• Determine optimal hunter vs. farmer strategy for team members
• Align team with revenue objectives and market leadership goals
