Job Summary

As the President of Industries, you will lead and oversee Toptal's Industries function, working closely with our Heads of Industries, VP of SMB, and industry-related GMs for each vertical. The Industries team is responsible for go-to-market (GTM) strategy per industry, as well as for being the key driver of revenue for all service lines at Toptal.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth across verticals, ensuring alignment, scalability, and performance throughout the Industries function
• Lead revenue and sales efforts as the most critical part of the role
• Work with hunters to hunt and farmers to build prosperous farms
• Determine optimal hunter vs. farmer roles and drive performance for each
• Align the team with relevant objectives and metrics
