Shapemate is a young startup on a mission to make fitness tracking simpler and more personal. We're growing and need a strong creator strategy to scale our brand.

The Role

We're looking for someone who counts more than followers—someone who builds relationships that actually convert. If you understand how to develop partnerships, know creator communities, and see influencers as authentic partners rather than just advertising space, you're the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable creators and micro-influencers for Shapemate across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Build and nurture our creator network with genuine relationships, not just cold outreach
• Coordinate collaborations from initial contact through performance analysis
• Track performance data and derive clear insights and learnings
• Support development of our influencer strategy together with the founding team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student
• Passion for social media and the creator economy
• Strong sense of authenticity—you recognize which creators truly fit our brand
• Structured work approach and independent responsibility
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
