Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager Intern, you'll work at the intersection of content, positioning, data analysis, and B2B communication. You'll support the founders in establishing our brand and our clients' brands in the energy transition market and building scalable marketing engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deploy targeted content for LinkedIn and other B2B channels
• Use and optimize AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and process automation
• Explore technological developments in our focus industries, identify relevant trends, and develop appropriate content formats
• Support refinement of market positioning for energized& and our clients
• Monitor key marketing KPIs and derive optimization recommendations
• Communicate complex solutions through clear messaging, strong formats, and cross-channel concepts

Required Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or comparable field
• First experience in B2B marketing or content—ideally with focus on Tech, SaaS, Startup, or Industry
• Strong interest in AI and its applications in marketing
• Ability to write compelling copy and explain complex topics clearly and concisely
• Self-directed, creative, structured approach with active engagement mindset
• Fluent German communication in writing and speech (minimum B2 level)
