PPC Specialist (Digital intelligence)

About the Role

We are looking for a PPC Specialist to join our data intelligence team. You will take ownership of the Google Ads channel from strategy to implementation and scaling, working on a fast-growing product in the information security space targeting US and European markets. You will have a high level of autonomy and real impact on launching new digital products and testing hypotheses. You will collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, creative, and development teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of PPC experience
• Proven track record in launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen)
• Experience with key performance metrics: CPC, CAC, CR, ROAS, LTV
• Proficiency in analytics tools: GA4 and Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and unit economics
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Self-starter, proactive, result-oriented
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling performance campaigns in Google Ads

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads
• Test hypotheses, new approaches, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Contribute to user acquisition strategies for scaling results
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research
• Collaborate with the team at all campaign stages — from planning to final analysis
• Review reports and ad campaign settings
• Ensure quality of launches, campaign efficiency, and KPI achievement
• Analyze market, competitors, and find new growth opportunities for projects
