We're looking for an SCCAF (Short Circuit, Coordination, and Arc Flash) Project Manager to join our growing Data Center team. In this role, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of SCCAF studies for large-scale data center projects. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure studies are completed accurately, on schedule, and aligned with construction milestones.

What You'll Do
As an SCCAF Project Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SCCAF-related coordination between clients, contractors, and Olsson's engineering teams.
- Manage SCCAF project schedules and align study milestones with construction timelines.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of SCCAF reports, settings, labels, RFIs, and submittals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues that could impact schedule or quality.
- Lead SCCAF coordination meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-through from all stakeholders.
- Facilitate resolution of technical and data-related challenges, including equipment information, field discrepancies, and design revisions.
- Manage the SCCAF process from project kickoff through final deliverables while maintaining accurate documentation and study records.
- Support overall project operations, including invoicing coordination, document control, deliverable tracking, and quality assurance processes.

You bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree combined with relevant experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with increasing responsibility.
- 2+ years of project management experience, which may overlap with overall project experience.
- Understanding of engineering and design processes, contracts, project financials, and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results that meet client expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
