Portfolio Sales Engineering Manager – Western & Northern Europe

About the Role

We are seeking a Portfolio Sales Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing pre-sales organization with a strong focus on Agentic AI and AI-powered Customer Experience (CX) solutions across the NICE portfolio. This is a leadership role responsible for shaping how autonomous agents, copilots, and AI-driven CX workflows are positioned, demonstrated, and delivered to enterprise customers across Western & Northern Europe.

You will lead and develop a team of Portfolio Sales Engineers, partner closely with Sales and Product leadership, act as a trusted advisor to customers and effectively articulate the value of NICE solutions with both business and technical audiences.
