The Role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team and help us scale our cloud projects for customers. This position offers the opportunity to take the next step in your career and learn how to lead teams and run a company.

Responsibilities

• Work on cloud infrastructure projects for our customers
• Support software development initiatives
• Contribute to deployment processes and cloud architecture
• Participate in company growth and leadership development

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time professional experience in software development or DevOps
• Significant experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with client interaction
• Growth mindset with ambition for continuous improvement
• Belief in your untapped potential and desire to advance in your career
