Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive Trafilea's performance and talent development programs, ensuring managers have the tools, insights, and support to build high-performing teams.
• Own key initiatives such as Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), career pathing, promotions, and succession planning while continuously improving our talent processes.
• Own and execute the Performance Review cycle from planning to completion.
• Manage Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Promotion processes.
• Track talent metrics and deliver dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Partner with leaders and HRBPs to drive talent development and process adoption.
• Maintain career frameworks, job leveling, and competency documentation.
• Create and facilitate training, workshops, and learning materials for managers and employees.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data, AI, and automation tools.
• Ensure talent programs are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals.
