The Role

As Performance Marketing Manager Marketplaces, you will be responsible for the performance of our advertising campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces. You will manage, analyze, and optimize our campaigns data-driven and ensure profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Optimize campaign structures (e.g., new customer acquisition, brand defense, retargeting, ASIN targeting)
• Analyze search terms and targets, set negative keywords, and optimize bids, budgets, and placements
• Manage campaigns based on ROAS, TACOS, and other performance KPIs
• Analyze performance data (revenue, spend, CTR, CVR, paid vs. organic) and derive optimization measures
• Plan and integrate deals, coupons, and promotions into PPC strategy (e.g., bundles or volume discounts)
• Create regular reports and performance insights for the team
• Collaborate closely with marketplace managers
• Support performance marketing on other marketplaces such as Shop Apotheke, eBay, etc.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Amazon PPC management (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of campaign structure setup and optimization, as well as keyword and ASIN strategies
• Strong analytical understanding and high affinity for numbers
• Performance-oriented mindset with understanding that profitability is more important than pure revenue growth
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Ownership mentality, hands-on approach, and team capability
• Residency in Germany
