People Operations Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the People Operations team. Set priorities, goals, and quality standards. Build strong capabilities across C&B, systems, analytics, and process improvement.
• Operations and Process Excellence: Define People Operations priorities with the Head of People Management. Improve HR processes, workflows, SLAs, and knowledge bases. Simplify manual work and drive automation. Support other People teams in improving process efficiency.
• Compensation & Benefits: Own salary structures, benefits, rewards, and related processes. Support salary reviews, benchmarking, policies, and manager guidance. Ensure compensation decisions are consistent, transparent, and market-aligned.
• HR Systems and Analytics: Own HiBob governance, data quality, workflows, and integrations. Build dashboards and regular reporting. Turn people data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders. Translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
