Requirements

• We're looking for someone who:
• ● Has previous experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Talent Operations.
• ● Has hands-on experience with:

• ○ Ashby
• ○ DocuSign
• ● Is comfortable using:
• ○ Slack
• ○ Gmail
• ○ Zoom
• ● Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
• ● Is highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential employee and salary information.
• ● Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Nice to Have
• ● Experience with Ramp.
• ● Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar frontier AI models.
• ● Experience creating or managing AI-powered workflows and automations.
