The People Coordinator (Rotational Assignment: Team Member Relations) serves as a primary intake and coordination resource, providing tier-one support and administrative partnership to Team Member Relations (TMR) programs, resources, and initiatives that promote a positive team member experience. This role supports the TMR function by serving as a first point of contact for managers and team members seeking guidance related to workplace concerns, policies, and employee relations matters. The People Coordinator (Rotational Assignment: Team Member Relations) works closely with the TMR Program Manager and other People team members to ensure concerns are received, documented, and routed appropriately, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Experience different roles within the fascinating and diverse People function throughout three (3) to four (4) rotations lasting nine (9) to twelve (12) months each, building your knowledge and capabilities of multiple facets within People operations
- Serve as a primary intake point for TMR concerns and inquiries from managers and team members, including receiving and documenting concerns, gathering initial information, and ensuring inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct initial triage of incoming concerns, assessing complexity, risk level, policy implications, and urgency to determine whether the matter requires escalation
- Provide general guidance on policies, processes, and next steps while ensuring alignment with company practices for basic inquiries and lower-complexity concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation within the case management system and ensure all relevant information is recorded in a clear, consistent, and timely manner
- Provide general administrative and operational support across all TMR areas, including program and initiative coordination, training logistics, material preparation, internal resource maintenance, case support, and other day-to-day administrative needs
- Serve as a liaison between Legal and HR teams for documentation, coordination, and related administrative items
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience working in a customer-facing environment; experience working in People or administrative functions preferred
