About the Program
The People Rotational Program is a three-year program in which participating team members receive an unparalleled opportunity to become thoroughly knowledgeable and to contribute to multiple facets of People/Human Resources in the exciting environment of a growth company in the healthcare industry. People Assistants in the Rotational Program will contribute meaningfully to each rotation, becoming fully engrossed in the People team and digging into work that affects all team members. You will begin your three-year experience at an all-things People induction training and then launch into your first rotation. During your time, you will have dedicated program management support, access to People team senior leaders and mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities to help guide your career path. Upon completing rotations, you'll graduate from our dynamic WelbeHealth People Rotational Program and have all the skills to step into a role in one of our HR Functional specialist groups.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage in three (3) to four (4) rotations lasting nine (9) to twelve (12) months each, building your knowledge and capabilities in multiple facets of People operations
- Participate in rotations including People Operations, Compliance, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits/Leave
- Carry out system-based processes including communications with incoming team members, HRIS records, and compliance documentation
- Maintain records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes relating to Talent processes, payroll, policies, and compliance
- Participate in team documentation, process improvements, and other initiatives
