About the job

We are looking for an Analyst to join our People & Culture team and support data-driven People initiatives that enhance overall experience and talent management. You will provide essential support across the people lifecycle working closely with People Strategic Managers and cross-functional teams to detect early insights and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in coordinating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires receive the necessary information and resources while creating an engaging experience. Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training. Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify initial insights, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements.
• Policy Compliance and Documentation: Coordinate documentation process and compliance with internal policies with the People Operations Specialist. Maintain People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of existing policies and processes.
• Training and Development Coordination: Track completion of mandatory training modules and maintain accurate records of personnel training status. Analyze training surveys, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements.
• Engagement and Support: Support engagement initiatives defined by the People Strategic Management. Analyze Annual Engagement Survey, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements. Collaborate with Internal communication to foster People Engagement.
• Data and Reporting: Oversee and implement module workflows to optimize the use of the Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob.
