Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.
The primary location for this role is remote. Candidates must be licensed in Missouri, Texas, Tennessee and/or Louisiana.
Travel is estimated to be up to 10% and expected schedule requirements are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 05:00pm pm local time.

As our first pediatrician in Louisiana, you will serve as the anchor physician for the state, helping lay the foundation for care delivery, team culture, and community presence. This is a unique opportunity to be both a clinical leader and a visible ambassador of Imagine Pediatrics' mission. In addition to delivering exceptional virtual-first care, a significant portion of this role will focus on external engagement, brand advocacy, and community outreach. You will build relationships with families, providers, and organizations that support our pediatric population.
What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual-first pediatric care for children with special health care needs.
