Payroll Analyst

This is more than a payroll processing role. You'll help deliver accurate, compliant payroll for a growing global workforce while contributing to technology enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives that create a more efficient, scalable, and employee-centric payroll function. Working across multiple countries, states, and jurisdictions, you'll navigate complex regulatory requirements while partnering with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to build best-in-class payroll operations.

Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration
- Coordinate and process payroll in multiple countries ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all transactions
- Review and verify payroll data and reports for precision Liaise with the Finance department on reporting requirements to ensure transparency of payroll changes
- Ensure payroll database reflects current and accurate information
- Process all payroll data entries relevant to the employee lifecycle – new hires, salary increases, bonus, commission, garnishments, benefit deduction changes, separations
- Calculate adjustments, special pays, retroactive payments, and overpayment of wages; issue manual payments as required
