About the Team

The Global Payments Performance Team identifies payment optimization opportunities for Stripe's merchants. We serve a critical role in demonstrating thought leadership on challenging payment topics and partnering with high-potential merchants to set them up for long-term success. We want a partnership with Stripe to be a competitive advantage for our customers by providing best-in-class technology with insightful and specific advice on how to harness this technology to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on usage of Stripe's PINless debit offering
• Design and collaborate on PINless debit experiments alongside Stripe's Data Science team, and own experiment result analysis and customer-facing readouts
• Serve as an internal expert on Stripe's PINless debit offering, relaying customer feedback to Product to shape Stripe's roadmap and strategy
• Lead discussions with existing and prospective merchants and provide the Sales team with tools and training
• Serve as both an internal and merchant-facing expert on payment optimization strategies
• Gather and build on Stripe's payment expertise to create optimization narratives and tools supported by rigorous analysis
• Deploy sophisticated optimization playbooks and analyses across Stripe's customer portfolio
• Synthesize and relay customer feedback and findings to inform Stripe's product roadmap
• Provide feedback on tools and playbooks to continuously improve self-serve offerings
• Develop optimization playbooks and strategies
