Role Overview

The Payer Solutions Architect will coordinate, communicate, define, and complete assigned projects related to the rollout of State and Payer solutions. Reporting to the Director, Payer Solutions, this role ensures consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation projects for State and Payer solutions
• Support both State/Payer systems and provider networks accessing payer solutions
• Remove barriers for implementation, customer success, and sales teams
• Ensure timely implementations with positive client experience and engagement
• Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

Location

Hybrid position for members located in Minneapolis Metro or New York City Metro areas.
