The Role

The Care Team Assistant provides both clinical and clerical support and ensures the provision of quality and compassionate evidence-based care in a virtual Value-Based Care environment.

Work Schedule

Fully remote position (CST required)
3x12 hour shifts (7:00am - 7:00pm CST)
Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday rotation
Quarterly travel to Houston, TX
