About The Role
The Patient Experience Specialist plays a key role in supporting patients enrolled in remote cardiac monitoring programs. They act as the liaison between patients, device technicians, and clinical staff, ensuring patients understand and adhere to monitoring protocols. This role combines empathetic communication, technical troubleshooting, and care coordination to enhance patient outcomes in the remote CIED cardiology setting.
What You'll Do
- Educate patients on remote monitoring and guide patients in pairing/transmitting data via home monitors or mobile apps
- Provide instructions for device setup, care, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Murj's Remote Clinical Services Managers, Remote Clinical Specialists, and Account Managers, and clinic's Device Technicians, Cardiologists, Nurses, and scheduling teams
- Communicate device-related instructions between patient and clinical staff
- Accurately document patient interactions and device issues
