Patient Access Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Patient Access Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Patient Access team, ensuring patients receive timely access to Noctrix Health's innovative durable medical equipment (DME) therapy. This role is responsible for supervising Case Managers, driving operational excellence, monitoring team performance, and ensuring reimbursement processes are executed efficiently and compliantly.

The Patient Access Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for the Patient Access team and acts as the central point of coordination between internal departments, offshore support partners, reimbursement vendors, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and field sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep expertise in medical device reimbursement, patient access, process improvement, and healthcare operations.

This position reports to the Director, Reimbursement.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Patient Access Case Managers, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance coaching, and ongoing professional development.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Patient Access team to ensure departmental KPIs, service levels, and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
