<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BridgeBio is looking for a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) in the New York City Region to engage with patients/care partners on access, affordability, and reimbursement process for BridgeBio's portfolio of Commercialized assets.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Patient Access Liaison will play a critical Commercial role in support of Attruby. The primary goal will be to educate patients/care partners on access, affordability, and reimbursement process, build patient support program awareness, and execute on all new product launch activities.  The Patient Access Liaison will work collaboratively with the Director of Patient Access Liaisons and internal colleagues to align on the patient services goals and pull through on brand strategies.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Sales, Commercial Analytics, Commercial IT, Training, Pharmacovigilance & Market Access.  Additionally, exceptional judgment, business acumen, discretion, communication skills, the ability to empathize, and exhibit strong relationship-building skills are a must.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p>

This requires working closely with the Market Access team, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing team</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Compliantly ensure a positive patient journey through collaborations with all BridgeBio stakeholders</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Lead the evaluation and implementation of patient access opportunities within a specific geographic area for all applicable patients</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Provide face-to-face or via phone, personalized issue resolution, including potential hurdles with access and affordability with patients/care partners</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Direct access support between consented patients and all relevant stakeholders (hub, pharmacies, prescriber’s offices, and support organizations)</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with the hub partner on missing information follow-ups</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Own the relationship between ForgingBridges, a support program offered to patients to access the BridgeBio approved medicines, and consented patients</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Onboard and welcome new patients to the ForgingBridges support program</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Manage patient status changes with ForgingBridges and follow-up with patients/care partners, prescriber’s offices, and pharmacies</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Ensure ForgingBridges support program business rules are followed</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Control the workflow of information and communications with consented patients</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with BridgeBio Patient Advocacy team on patients/care partners engagements and attend local, regional, and national advocacy meetings/events</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate and present in-person education with patients/care partners as requested</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Report key insights and findings in a compliant manner to the Brand Marketing and other internal Commercial functions</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Follow BridgeBio’s policy on handling protected health information (PHI) obtained through pharmacies, prescriber’s offices, and interactions with patients/care partners</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">As needed, attend Commercial national sales meetings, conferences, and regional events</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Work on designated projects that are within the scope of services for Market Access/Patient Support Services as assigned and/or consistent with developmental plans and strengths</span></li>

<li style="color: black !important; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Provide strategic and tactical input for continuous improvement purposes</span></li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><br>Who You Are</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li>BA/BS degree is preferred</li>

<li>Minimum of 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience.  Patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred</li>

<li>Cardiology or Rare Disease experience are preferred</li>

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li>

<li>Demonstrate confidence in building rapport with patients/care partners</li>

<li>Must have a strong foundation and experience working closely with patient support programs including copay, cost sharing programs, affordability design, and hub models for medical and pharmacy benefit products</li>

<li>Comprehend the complex environment of the specialty market, buy and bill, retail market, reimbursement/access challenges, as well as the OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for offering patient support programs</li>

<li>Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop sound strategies and tactics for patient access</li>

<li>Exhibit superior communication (oral and written) and teamwork skills to effectively contribute across cross-functional teams</li>

<li>Previous PAL/FAM experience is a plus</li>

<li>Extremely detail oriented to create and manage program documents</li>

<li>Experience establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with families, patients, and key decision-makers</li>
