Design and deliver advanced enablement programs for partner Solutions Architects and Lead Model Builders, including bootcamps, architectural reviews, and hackathons.
Design and scale a structured technical onboarding program for new implementation partners, ensuring proficiency in Pigment's platform and delivery standards.
Publish reusable technical assets, integration guides, and model-building best practices to accelerate time-to-value.
Champion the adoption of Pigment's native AI capabilities and AI-assisted modeling tools in partner implementations to ensure delivery quality and reduce time-to-value for customers.
Support partner-led sales cycles on strategic accounts by leading discovery sessions, framing business value, and driving technical wins against legacy EPM competitors.
Oversee high-impact scoping workshops and POCs led by partners, ensuring models are structured for multi-year scalability and performance.
Act as the technical liaison between GSI delivery teams and Pigment's internal Product and Professional Services teams to unblock complex implementation hurdles.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Pigment's core architecture, including advanced multi-dimensional modeling, dependency mapping, and formula optimization.
Guide partners on data pipelines connecting Pigment with ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP), CRMs (Salesforce), HRIS (Workday, BambooHR), and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
Enable and support partners on best practices for migrating customers off legacy EPM systems (Anaplan, Hyperion, Cognos, Adaptive) to Pigment's modern architecture.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to synthesize partner field feedback into actionable product recommendations
Mentor internal Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers on GSI engagement models, delivery governance, and partner relationship management.
