About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize partner incentive programs
• Analyze channel landscape and IT market trends
• Create and maintain reports using analytics tools
• Support WWT leadership initiatives and positioning
• Identify unregistered opportunities and OEM incentive positioning
• Make business decisions based on data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a related field
• Moderate computing skills with familiarity in Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and Excel
• Strong research and analytics capabilities
• Basic understanding of IT and channel landscape
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong reporting skills with analytics tools
• Proactive, motivated, and resilient mindset
• Entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality
