Position Overview
As a member of our Channel Team, you will play a crucial role in managing, developing, and growing our partnerships, directly impacting our company's revenue. Our Partner Account Managers oversee all activities related to business planning, channel management, enablement, sales coaching, marketing, and forecasting. This multi-faceted role involves collaborating with colleagues from Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Channel, Distribution, Operations, and other teams to achieve revenue targets. Join our team to build and manage relationships with our partners as a trusted advisor at every level. You will provide strategic advice, coaching, and ensure our strategic partners have the support they need to achieve their sales and marketing objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Goals: Own short-term and long-term goals for Channel partners in Scandinavia.
- Channel Development Plan: Develop and manage the territory channel development plan, map tiered partners against opportunities, identify gaps, and recruit and onboard new partners.
- Resource Management: Include channel teammate resources in planning, such as channel marketing, channel sales engineers, channel operations, and others as appropriate.
- Partner Engagement: Involve partners' resources in planning, securing their commitment to the account plan and associated activities and investments.
- Activity Tracking: Track all major activities.
