Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Lead

You Are:

The Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Functional Lead serves as the primary subject matter expert responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

The Work:

• Gather and translates business needs by meeting with stakeholders, documenting current processes, and defining clear functional and technical requirements
• Design Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions by outlining models, data flows, integrations, and user experience elements, then builds the system through configuration, scripting, data integration setup, and security design
• Lead testing by creating test plans, managing UAT, resolving defects, and confirming accuracy and performance
• Support deployment by developing cutover plans, training users, assisting with go‑live, documenting procedures, and reviewing the implementation afterward to identify improvements

Here’s What you need:

• Experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud or Budget Planning and Execution
• Experience in Budget Planning and Execution in a Federal environment

Bonus Points:

• Demonstrated experience integrating EPM Cloud with an Oracle Financial system (EBS, ERP Cloud)
