About the Role

The Operations Manager for Microsoft Solution Services – Global Business Applications (GBA) practice (Dynamics 365 and Enterprise Performance Management – Board) is responsible for driving operational excellence across our consulting business. Reporting to Quisitive’s EVP, Global Business Applications, this role connects the critical functions that enable successful consulting operations—including alignment to resource planning, project staffing, utilization, delivery forecasting, and financial metrics. Sitting at the center of how the GBA practice operates, this leader provides the visibility, insights, and operational structure needed for leadership to make informed business decisions, effectively align demand and capacity, and ensure successful client delivery while supporting sustainable growth and operational performance.
