About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enablement Operations Manager to design, develop, and enhance the enablement infrastructure (e.g., tools, data systems, frameworks) and programs for Snorkel's GTM team. In this role, you will design, build, and scale the enablement infrastructure that accelerates revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As the architect and builder of our internal enablement operations, you'll create systematic programs that reduce time-to-productivity, improve win rates, and drive consistent customer experiences—directly impacting quota attainment.
