What we're looking for
- Curiosity: You are eager to understand complex markets and simulation technology.
- Ownership: You thrive in a flat hierarchy where you are trusted to take initiative.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Whether you are in Sales or Engineering, you believe in making decisions based on facts and numbers.
- Communication: You are fluent in English (German is a plus for some client-facing roles, but not required for all).
