The Role
We are seeking an Enablement professional with extensive experience in building onboarding programs and being in charge of tech stack at a major sales organization. At Addepar, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Sales and Customer Success teams, while developing and implementing new processes that will make our reps more efficient at their daily roles. Ideal candidates will have a background in Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Education, or Instructional Design, with experience in crafting learning content and guided programs for onboarding, training, and sales acceleration. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual who can deliver a comprehensive education experience, driving satisfaction for learners and contributing to the overall vision of our GTM Enablement team.
What You’ll Do
- Run the GTM onboarding program from end to end
- Be in charge of major tech stack platforms, such as Gong, Workramp, and Allego
- Deliver exceptional instructor-led courses and webinars, both virtually and in-person, for clients, prospects, partners, employees, and enthusiasts.
- Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption and usage across the Addepar community.
- Work with BDR, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive course attendance
