Onboarding Enablement Specialist
About the role
What You'll Do
As an Onboarding Enablement Specialist to build and deliver best-in-class onboarding experiences across our Revenue organization. This role owns the structured ramp journey for every new revenue hire — partnering closely with Revenue leaders to ensure new team members hit the ground running with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed. You will also own the ongoing management of our AI role-play content library, enabling reps to practice discovery, objection handling, and demos before they ever step into a live call.
Role-Specific Onboarding Design, Delivery & Continuous Improvement
Design, build, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs tailored to each Revenue role (SDR, AE, Field Sales, Expansion Sales). Facilitate virtual sessions, maintain LMS content, and coordinate with hiring managers and P&C to ensure a seamless day-one experience.
