The Role

The NetSuite Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across Spaulding Ridge's NetSuite business, including NetSuite ERP and related solutions. This role owns pipeline creation, deal strategy, and bookings with enterprise and upper-mid-market clients. The focus is on scaling a sustainable NetSuite business through new logo acquisition, account expansion, and cross-solution selling.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process for NetSuite solutions, including pipeline generation, deal strategy, contract negotiation, and close
  • Work collaboratively with practice leadership to develop and execute a growth strategy for the NetSuite business
  • Identify, develop, and prioritize NetSuite market offerings that align with client needs and market opportunities
