Role Overview
The National Sales Assistant supports Account Executives' sales efforts by taking ownership of fulfillment in such a way that the AE can play their role of being client-facing, creating opportunities and closing revenue. The Sales Assistant manages the day-to-day responsibilities of accounts to ensure proper implementation of their solutions. The Sales Assistant influences and drives sales by providing superior customer service and support across Broadcast Television and Digital, aiming at retaining clients and growing business. This job reports to Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to assigned Account Executives on post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review
- Daily interaction with existing advertising agencies and direct clients; this responsibility includes maintenance of client schedules on television and digital in addition to implementation
