About the Role

We are looking for a Motion Designer who wants to create creatives with real impact on business metrics. You will join an experienced marketing team and work on one product we are actively scaling. Our portfolio includes products in parental control, wellness, mental health, and mobile studio niches, providing stability, expertise, and room for growth.

In this role, you will create motion creatives for performance marketing, analyze results via CTR, CPA, and CPC, constantly test new formats, approaches, and hypotheses. You will work closely with marketing and product, with space for creative initiative and experimentation within clear business goals. We offer both vertical and horizontal development, work with a scalable product, and all necessary resources to realize your ambitions—from mature processes to a team that values ideas and results.

About You

• Proficient in After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
• Knowledge of the basics of composition, editing, color correction, and sound design
• Experience with auxiliary programs and plugins
• Basic skills in AI tools for Motion Design
• Ability to create graphic elements independently

Your Tasks

• Create high-quality video ads for promotion on Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Analyze competitors' creatives
• Close collaboration with the marketing team
• Continuous improvement of work with AI tools
• Search for new concepts and monitor the competitor market
• Participate in generating and developing ideas for marketing tasks
• Animate interfaces and support product tasks
