As a Mortgage Loan Originator on our Sales team, you'll be the first voice a client hears—and the trusted guide they rely on throughout their homebuying journey. You’ll engage directly with prospective and current clients over phone and email, providing clear, expert guidance on loan products, prequalification, and next steps—all while building strong relationships rooted in trust and transparency. Working closely with our Operations and Processing teams, you’ll manage a robust pipeline, make outbound calls to generate new business, and own the client experience from first conversation through closing. You’ll join a team that thrives on coachability, collaboration, and a shared obsession with putting clients first—because we know that winning the right way is the only way.

What You'll Do
