About the role

WHAT TO EXPECT

Step into one of Phiture's most impactful roles. As a Growth Lead, you won't just manage a team, you'll own the strategic direction of your pod and be the driving force behind your clients' growth. This is a senior leadership position where your ability to connect the dots across ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention shapes real outcomes. You'll be the person who makes the call, pushes the work forward, and earns the trust of both your team and your clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead with conviction. Own the strategy for your pod. Make the decisions, set the direction, and create the conditions for your team to do their best work. You don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
  • Drive client success. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention. Own your clients' KPIs and north star goals, and ensure every deliverable reflects the quality Phiture is known for.
  • Handle the hard stuff. Navigate difficult client conversations, manage crises under pressure, and push back when something isn't working, with the confidence and empathy to keep relationships strong while doing it.
  • Mentor your seniors. Delegate meaningfully, coach Senior Consultants to grow, and build the kind of team that holds each other accountable without losing trust.
  • Solve problems structurally. Take messy inputs, ambiguous client asks, poor data, competing priorities, and turn them into clear, actionable plans. Structured thinking is your edge.
  • Monitor what matters. Set KPIs, track performance across accounts, spot when something's off, and course-correct fast. Commercial awareness is part of how you operate, not an afterthought.
  • Innovate with AI. Use generative AI tools to improve how your team works, from creative and analytical processes to day-to-day efficiencies, and help Phiture stay ahead of the curve.
  • Grow the business. Support pitches and business development, with the ability to accurately scope new work and set your team up for a strong start.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile growth marketing, with a strong track record in strategic leadership.
  • Deep expertise in at least one core discipline, ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention, with real hands-on experience, not just oversight.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members, building trust and driving performance without micromanaging.
  • Strong client management experience across multiple markets. You're comfortable in the room when it's tense, and clients feel confident with you leading.
  • Structured problem-solving skills: you can take ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete information and build a clear path forward.
  • Commercial awareness. You understand what's driving revenue, when a project is at risk, and what it takes to protect margin and client value simultaneously.
  • Comfort and experience with generative AI tools, with curiosity to keep pushing what's possible.
  • A hands-on mindset when it counts. You lead from the front when needed, but also know when to step back and let others shine.
