The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative strategy for the product
• Analyze advertising market and competitors
• Develop and test hypotheses through A/B/C testing and analyze results
• Write briefs for motion/graphic designers, videographers, and content creators
• Approve finished ad creatives and provide feedback
• Organize creative processes, brainstorms, and team activities
• Partner with platforms (TikTok, Meta) to find effective creative solutions
• Adapt ad creatives for different platforms, languages, and audiences
• Measure ad creative performance and generate improvement ideas
