About the role
What You’ll Do
- We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated AE to own the full sales cycle — targeting multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops ready to scale, with a goal of 2 new rooftops per month.
- Deliver growth.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Navigate multiple 8-10 stakeholders to identify decision-makers and move deals forward.
- Develop creative outreach strategies and articulate Tekmetric's value proposition to shop owners and operators. Inform product and marketing strategy.
- Surface pain points and business objectives of prospective shop owners and multi-rooftop operators.
- Share data-driven insights with Product and Operations to improve sales velocity and adoption. Enable customer success.
- Partner with Onboarding on results-based Proof of Concepts and ensure seamless sales-to-implementation handoffs.
- Introduce new clients to their Customer Success Manager, setting them up for long-term value and sub-1% churn.
